Shipping Policy

For orders of $5 - $50, we offer delivery for a flat fee of $5 in the Vancouver and Maple Ridge area within 7 business days of placing an order.

For orders of $50 or more, we offer free delivery in the Vancouver and Maple Ridge area within 7 business days of placing an order.

Orders may be collected via Ruff Stuff Dog Services Squamish Retreat and will be ready for pick up 7 business days after placing an order.

Return Policy 

Refund Policy

1.  All returns/refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
2.  Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
3.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
4.  Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

5. Personalized and custom created items are not eligible for refund

6. All items must be in their original condition and packaging.  

7. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
